	Emanuel County Institute is located in Twin City, a small town in rural southeastern Georgia, with a population of approximately 4,000. Six hundred students attend ECI, the local public school, which is a combination Middle School/High School. Technology Education is a new program implemented at ECI with funds obtained from the Georgia Lottery.
